Tucked away in the romantic Garden Conservatory Atrium at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, Ristorante Volare presents traditional Italian dishes for lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch. Start out with Portabella e Feta or Cozze in Zuppa, or enjoy one of the salads or soups. Pizzas, first courses and second courses come next, with items such as Lasagna alla Bolognese, Aragosta e Capesante "Fra Diavolo," and Salmone Ripieno. Be sure to find a great wine to pair up with the meal, but save room for a Ravioli al Mascarpone or Chocolate Martini for dessert!
