Owner Irma Paz-Bernstein studied the art of making popsicles (or paletas) in her native Guadalajara, Mexico, before returning to Nashville and starting a popsicle revolution. With flavors like avocado, chocolate chili, grapefruit, rose petal, and cucumber – each one more delicious than the last – the icy treats leave you refreshed but wanting more. In the hip 12 South neighborhood, the store is a popular destination year-round.
